Mingo is a softer idea of large scale minimalism. Created through nostalgic imagery and a subtle registration of wear, mingo depicts vulnerability and loss. A raw woven skin, spun from the beat like hearts, bears the mark of time and the inevitable stain of touch. A thin awareness of ruin defines the form.

MINGO is a collection, made with emphasis on recycled and green minded materials. In an effort to keep our immediate spaces free of volatile organic compounds, the work application utilizes only low VOC glazes and green organic mineral spirits on recycled canvas and handcrafted frames.
